ADOPTED BORN IN KING'S LYNN

im 39 years now--- but on december 29 1963 i was born in kings lynn england. i was adopted by americans and i believe from a catholic orphanage. the name on my british birth certificate is andrew smith, however i dont know if the name is true. this is my first attempt ever to trace my roots???? perhaps someone out there can assist? my intentions are honorable and wish only to make contact in the spirit of good will. please email....... regards kevin
