we need to move to kings lyn or surrounding areas. We have a three bed maisonette 1st floor. We do have a garden attached which is our own . we have lived here for 5 years and the area is ok.
The building is 3 high (1 flat underneath then our house) rent £45.00, council tax £20.00, water £8.20. Pets are allowed. The house is gas central heated throughout. We have a 13ft hallway leading to kitchen and lounge. Hallway recently re-decorated and artexed ceiling as well as new tiled floor layed. Kitchen is approx 12ft x 12ft this is large enough to get a six seater table in and still have room. First bedroom is 13ft x 10 approx. Next bedroom is 10ft x 7ft approx and is big enough for bunk beds and wardrobes. Our youngest two share this room and there is plenty of room on the floor for all their rubbish! (LOL!) Smallest room is 8ft x 7ft again we have bunk beds and wardrobe and there is still room. Bathroom has recently been decorated and new bath fitted. Garden is about 15ft x 15ft this is lawned and there are stairs straight outside our door. The area is pretty central to Yarmouth and we are walking distance to supermarkets (asdas, tesco, lidl, aldi, Sainsbury’s) schools, library, town centre, market place, beach (2 streets away) everything is accessible on foot.
