Essential maintenance work on the A47 at East Winch in Norfolk will start on 16 September.
The £640,000 resurfacing scheme will be carried out during off-peak hours (Monday to Friday 9.30am until 3.30pm and Saturday 8.00am until 4.00pm) with occasional overnight closures of the A47. The work will be completed in approximately 4 weeks
There will be some occasional overnight closures, which will be reported in the media when they are to occur, but please note that this will involve the A47 being closed through East Winch and the traffic being diverted via the A10 and A1122 and vice versa. The overnight closures will be Monday to Thursday 8.00pm until 6.00am and Friday 10.00pm until 8.00am
