About time too !
King's Lynn Borough Council seems to have been doing as it pleases for far too long and treating residents with contempt.
Peoples views and opinions do matter and in this day and age for a borough council to treat people in the despicable way this one does it little short of disgusting.
This is not medieval or fuedal England any more and the people are not peasants to be down trodden by Lords and masters. They pay their way and should be entitled to a decent and effecient level of service from polite and well trained staff.
Unfortunately that appears to be a far cry from reality.
